Once again got the opportunity to handcraft the Octonauts characters for an Octonaut themed birthday cake. Chocolate mud cake covered in blue buttercream as requested by the customer. Every element on the cake is edible except the No. 3 candle

An Ombre ruffled cake for an adorable baby boy who turned one. Hand made edible jumping dolphin is used as the cake topper to match the theme for his birthday. Plain Vanilla butter cream fondant covered cake with butter cream filling and strawberry sauce.
