This is my first Dolly Varden cake. I really enjoyed making it. I was asked to make the dress of the doll similar to that of the birthday girl’s dress. It was hard to get the exact colour shade but at the end it all worked out to be a cake adored by all. Thanks to all for their encouraging and positive feedback.
