A 21st rose floral deco cake. It was great making these beautiful roses which has a peacock colour and a tint of gold on the sides coinciding with the birthday girls outfit. To mark the day numerically apart from the No. 21 candle, the cake carries 9 big roses & 12 rose buds making a whole of 21roses. I am so grateful for the opportunity & very happy that everyone loved not only the exterior but the caramel flavour too. Caramel cupcakes with buttercream roses made with russian piping tip also adorned the table
