Another interesting challenge to craft Noah’s Ark. The ark is crafted on a cake, all the characters are edible and done in pairs (male & female). To distinguish them, girly eyebrows were drawn with an edible marker on each female characters. A 3 tier cake with all the 3 tiers having separate flavour & fillings. The base tier is Strawberry cake with strawberry sauce & strawberry buttercream filling. The middle tier is Caramel cake with caramel sauce & caramel buttercream filling. The top tier is Vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling. Each tier has ripples made with buttercream icing. It gives me pride to produce something that guarantees 100% customer satisfaction.
